# Check Subreddit Exists

> Pass a subreddit name as a path parameter to verify it. The response returns a success status, the subReddit name, and an exists value of true or false.

## Header Parameters

**Authorization** `string` *required*

[API Key](https://www.ayrshare.com/docs/apis/overview.md#authorization) of the Primary Profile.

Format: `Authorization: Bearer API_KEY`

## Path Parameters

**subreddit** `string` *required*

The name of the subReddit to check if exists.
